Hapax legomenon 

noun (pl. hapax legomena or hapaxes)

A word that appears only once in a text corpus or body of writing—be this a particular author's oeuvre, a work of substantial length, or a language's entire collection of writing, including the Twittersphere.

1. A person who coins new words or terms (such as "hapax legomenonist"). From "hapax legomenon," a longstanding linguistics concept referring to a term of which only one instance of use is recorded (based upon the Greek roots "hapax," for "once," and "legomenon," for "to say"). 2. (rare) A person who creates an entirely new Lego character out of various Lego pieces from different sets.
