New York Gay slang. Pronounced hell-EEOH. Used commonly to agree with what someone is saying or to indicate the general direction of that which is pleasing to the eye.

1-without discrepancy (used to emphasize the accuracy of a figure or description).

"I am going to be there on time for the meeting because you know I want that job, HELLEAUX!"

2-used as a reply to confirm or agree with what has just been said.
"“You mean that we are going to win the prize if I score the point, then consider it done! HELLEAUX!!?”
