A word used to described someone who treats all peoples equally and hates discrimination and racism towards them, yet makes an exception for gypsies or travellers.

Gypocrite

A coworker who goes out of their way to look like they are naturally 'gypsy' They also mock you by telling you to speed up your work pace while they are hiding from customers and playing games on their phone.

That kid thinks that he is slick as mayonaise, but from here I can conclude he's a total gypocrite
