when someone uses the word guuuuuurllll, it means that person is explaining something crazy, or scary, or anything along the lines of intense emotions. if someone comes up to you and they say "gurlllll" get ready for the most wack story you have heard, if you hear anyone saying gurll to a group of people, theyre def talking trash. BEWARE
