A person that has their mind in the gutter and is afraid to say what they are thinking.

If you were to post this quote in your status on facebook. "SoandSo(You)........enjoys receiving a poke from a friend every now and then."

It would be appropriate for you to comment, "SoandSO(You).......thinks that he/she hears Gutter Chickens...... bock - bock bock bock - bock", when no one knows what to say other than LOL.
