Gumba Lump

The fatty tissue at the top of the shoulders/base of the neck, usaually seen on your Gumba. This is where the extra pasta is stored. Many times there will be no neck to speak of just a large lump reaching the back of the skull. It wrinkles and jiggles with hand and facial expressions.
