A combination of "Grey Role", and "Incel", used by people with higher status on the role hierarchy to mock people of lower status, such as Grey Roles, describing them as lonely, and bitter that they get little attention.

Pink Role: Ugh another Greycel is talking to me.
Purple Role: I know, they always seek attention.
