Similar to Grabba Salad, although with a slight alteration. Typically offered as a hidden item in certain signature New York Deli's (Those who know know, those who don't don't).

Contrary to popular belief the Grabba Chopped Cheese bares no similarities with an actual chopped cheese, however is named that due to a high lactic content derived from a certain chemical process discovered by a freelance pharmacist (instagram handle @arientss) in East Flatbush.
