To depart from convention with a sincere spirit of rebellion and disregard of social judgement. Often an act that pisses on all below from an elevated perch of self-indulgance.

Mr. K needed an animal act of edginess in his routine suburban existence. One day he decided to go rogue and pee off his deck. Unfortunately, he now is in the routine of going rogue every night.

It's a reference to the show 'Sister Sister'.Sister, Sister is an American television sitcom starring identical twins Tia and Tamera Mowry. Their friend, Roger (Marques Houston), usually tries to hit on the sisters while visiting and at which point the sisters would say "Go home Roger!".
