The act of acquiring yourself "sum". The term "sum" meaning anything at all; sex, food, drink, clothing, etc.

Cody: Dude this killer hot chick asked me out today!
Dan: Getchasum dude!

Dan: So I heard today is national hug a shark day.
Cody: Getchasum!
Dan: Not that much.
