This is when a woman or female thinks she deserves special recognition or privilege due to her feminality. Women who are leaders should not come across as wimpy but be emotional and psychological strong; they should be strong, determined and work just as hard as their male counterparts.

Jim: "Susan, why are you looking so gloomy and down?"
Susan: "I'm getting a lot of push back from my male subordinates and peers at work."
Jim: "I think you should get your breast out of your chest and don't worry about what people think. Do your job!."
