Geofficient 

A term to describe a process that is in no way efficient, lacks any sense of logic and is always less efficient and more convoluted than the original (or standard) solution. This is usually thought through design of a "Geoff".

Guy_A: I made that change to the button, now when a user clicks on it there's 15 Yes/No popups before the file is saved.
Guy_B: Didn't it just used to save? That seems rather convoluted.
Guy_A: eh, it is but that's more Geofficient.

Gerfficiency
A German working efficiently or a person working efficiently like a German.

“That efficiant German person is a good example of gerfficiency”.
“I am a German who has great efficiency known specifically as gerfficiency”.
