A person who embraces hip-hop culture but is from a rural area or trailer park. Southerners who just try too hard to be "gangsta" or "ghetto" but the redneck in them is just blaringly obvious.

His room is so gangstabilly with the T-Pain poster on one wall and the Confederate flag on the other.
