It's a censorship slang for the word "GAGO" which means "cunt"/"asshole" in english,
It is also an expression.

Guy:"Gagsti ka talaga idok"(Idol your such a cunt)

Guy:*saw a funny post on Facebook*
"Gagsti nag memes na naman si idok"(Asshole Idol posted a meme again)
