A facetious nickname for the United States satirizing the claim Murica is the Greatest Country On Earth. Pronounced "Gee Coe".

Boy, I'm sure glad I live in GCOE, I'd hate to have affordable healthcare, not get to dodge bullets in the Wal Mart parking lot, etc.

GCOE'ed 

Getting ripped off, taken advantage of, bamboozled, etc. in GCOE (See GCOE) American style usually with little or no recourse.

The act of being financially exploited, misled, or deceived, often through hidden fees, bad deals, or unexpected costs. Being "GCOEed" involves financial deceit or manipulation, where one ends up paying significantly more than expected or agreed upon.

"I signed up for what I thought was a simple service, but when the bill came in, I was GCOE'ed with extra fees I never agreed to."
