A phrase used in response to "how are you feeling?" or a question asking for a person's energy level or level of engagement.

"Full Bars" references our cell phone society and our dependence on "full bar" reception.
For a person ready to go out all night, one would ask a friend, "How are you feeling?"

"Full bars."

Ruler of Lake Titicaca. Rumored to have a bunghole that gets very angry if it does not receive toilet paper. Cornholio the Great is often seen walking around with his shirt over his head and his hands in the air, chanting songs about his power, and his bunghole.
