Freshballs are characterized by awkward behavior, relentless drinking, and dropping out of school.

Fleshball 

To wrap a dead fetes from a miscarrige round the outside of a ball to create a "fleshball". Usually used to dunk with green fn while screaming LEBROOOOONNN at the top of you lungs before then busting violently to pictures of him.

Literally 1984

Often used jokingly as a over-exaggeration in political talk.
