(n) A person in your life who claim to be friends, but they only contact you when they need a favor, at which point they leverage the "friendship".

John: So, Dave called me the other day. Said he needed my help moving...again.
Amy: Yeah? Are you going to?
John: Naw, he never does anything for me, he's such a fakequaintance.

Friecquaintance 

Someone who isn't as close as a friend, yet far up from being an ordinary acquaintance. The word for the grey area of a casual or professional relationship.

Joe: Yeah so you goin' to the corner store with your friends?
Jane: Well they're not really my friends, Joe.
Joe: Then what are they? Acquaintances?
Jane: More to me than that, I guess I could call them my.. 'friecquaintances'.
Joe: Say whaaaat?!

Facequaintance 

Someone who you have 'friended' on Facebook but don't really know or keep in touch with. You generally don't know anyone who ever comments on their Wall and wouldn't know them even if they walked right up to you and slapped you.

"Yea, I'm friends with her but we've only met, like, once. She's just a Facequaintance."
