Foofoo boy

A term used to describe a gay man or a person one assumes to be a gay man, often used in a derogatory way, and was possibly coined by Arab YouTuber “Mazen”
A synonym for this term would be “fruity” “zesty” or “fruit salad”

Foo foo boy

Derived from the word “Foo”. A person, generally of the male gender, that willingly and unwillingly participates in promiscuous actions and words. This type of person will bounce from person to person trying to have sexual relations. This person is not meant for an actual relationship but will make you think otherwise. They will mass send a snap to different girls but say the same thing like it was meant for only them.

Can also be used a verb. When a person goes out to act wild and feral

We had to stop hanging out with that group of marines because they were all just foo foo boys to us
