Fluloon

A balloon blown up (typically by an inconsiderate or malicious coworker) that is not quite over the flu. The flu virus incubates inside waiting for an unsuspecting host to pop the fluloon so it can spread.

With complete disregard for her coworker's well being Sandi decorated the office with fluloons.
