A person who is trying to be the boss,hardman,and general bully,but has no spine,leadership skills,and generally a clueless,shirker (avoids what is required)avoids confrontation ,and makes a lot of noise " We must get this done" ...then disappears somewhere and only shows up and claims team effort and/or glory from a project.
A person trying to be a " Hardon" but only comes up soft when faced with a confrontation or problem.
