Fishy Gang is based off of a skin called fishstick in the popular video game fortnite. A youtuber named Tiko makes a lot of youtube videos on fortnite. He started using a skin in the game that is basically a human fish. Tiko got really popular and then created a thing called "Fishy Gang" or "Fishy Army" Tiko stated that all you need to do to be in the fishy gang is think like a fishy, love every other fishy, and subscribe to him.

Fishganged 

The non-consensual act whereby a member of Shark gang, after mentioning how "Shark gang is better", is made to play a position on the map, typically in an IS7, to bait the enemy team into throwing the game. Typically against worse clans that such a tactic is unnecessary.

"Damn bro I was Fishganged into playing the middle of Malinovka against GOONZ and I took 15 dynamic gameplay rounds."
