Slang white-speak, a Caucasian comeback to the Snoop Dog’s ‘fo’ shizzle’ both loosely meaning ‘for sure’ in a way that is downtown and striving at least to be as hip as anything this white ever could be.

Well shit, that’s a 10-4 and fer shiggedy; if I ever heard anything more true, I can’t say what on Earth it’d be!
