Fella Bird

A very close ally to oneself. Common examples are friends in the inner circle that are accepting of one's wild and more socially questionable side. The full, official title is Fella Geezer Bird, but due to practicality and the term being popularly overused in speech it often gets shortened to Fella Bird.

If you address someone by this term, you respect them at the highest level in the most modest and subtle way. One doesn't need to doubt if they are loved in this world if they are addressed by a fellow Fella Bird.
"Alright fella bird what's going on then? "
"Alright bubs get me the big bag a discos, the big pack a ten, cheers fella bird."

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
