Verb: Alike cancer that spreads from one area of the body to another (metastasize), this word is used to describe the action by which a particularly lazy individual teaches another person how to pawn off their work on somone else.

Did you see that John is orienting all the new nurses? He is going to fatasstasize them into having us do all their work for them.
