To expurgitate is to violently expel multiple bodily fluids at once.
Shit + Puke, Shart + Snot, Piss + Shit + Puke.. Any combination of multiples.
Caused from being scared, drunk, high etc. or any combination of causes.

"What the fuck is up with Joe?"
"He's a wimp and he's fucked up so when the M-80 went off he expurgitated all the fuck over himself.

Me: HACK, Snot, Fart, Sneeze....
Friend: "You OK?"
Me; "I'll be fine as soon as I'm done expurgitating over here."
