An ecomomy that dose not use money. Instead of money it uses a grading system where a person works to reach a higher grading and your grading level determines what you can get in materal goods.
It is a new system but has a large number of surporters who believe that humanity would be better off if they could get rid of money.
A movement that seeks to saet up an economy that doesn't use money. It would use either the sex barter system where people would have sex with someone in exchange for goods and services or every one would have a certain grade that would determine what they could get in goods and services and they would work to get a higher grade.
The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
