On March 16, 2020, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the entire Luzon area in the Philippines was placed under "enhanced community quarantine" (ECQ) by President Rodrigo Duterte.

Ecquaintance 

Ecquaintance is a new word to describe meeting someone new over email, text, or another form of contact within the digital sphere where a live initial connection is, or was not possible or yet established. A digital acquaintance. It could also be written as e-cquaintance. It substitutes words such as e-meet, in frases such as "e-meet you" because the parties have not actually met yet and it better describes the relationship between the two parties
