Dunlap's Disease 

A condition in which the victim's stomach folds over their pants and past their belt.
Origin probably with "That guy's gut has "done lap"ed over his belt. Hence the name "Dunlap's Disease".

A scientific disease caused when ones belly 'dun laps' over there belt.
The common cure is either dieting, exorsize or anorexia.

Dunlop Syndrome

A condition that exists when your belly has "dun lopped" over your belt. Also related to the "spare tire" that comes with obesity.

Sometimes also referred to as "Dunlap Syndrome", Dunlop is caused by over eating and lack of exercise.

"My boyfriend totally has Dunlop Syndrome. He hasn't seen his belt in years."
