A festule on a turd
Use it freely as an insult
Because I just invented the word.

For example, "he has a head that looks like a dungwart,
He smells like a dungwart and it's what we all thought."

"You're a f****ING dungwart." or "You're so ugly you make a dungwart look sexy"

Dungworth 

A dungworth is a person who is worthless and lazy. They often fart and eat their own excrement, and believe poo is the most valuable substance in the world.

They are often found to be poo gazers that like to gaze at their own poo too and chew on their own poo sticks.

"You fucking useless dungworth, stop poo gazing."
