1. The person that stays with you in the club or somewhere else when you are high.
2. Person that you meet at parties or other entertainment places that you get high with.

1. Bill : Hey dude ! I saw you with your girlfriend in the club last nite.
Steve : No dude , she was my drugmate last night.

Behavior of one who uses and/or sells drugs.

You grow your own weed, but you buy weed from others? That's money you could use on other drugs. That's poor drugsmanship man.

A person who abuses prescription drugs. They look like a crack smoker.They go to multiple pharmacies, and multiple doctors. basically a drug addict.
