disincentivize

Possibly a transitive verb. So infrequently used though it's function is neither here nor there.

1: The catalyst responsible for a deterring or discouraging outcome.

2: A string of letters which appear to form a word with meaning but upon closer inspection mean jack-shit.
The risk of contracting Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease failed to disincentivize anybody, quite the opposite, sales of the 'Rough Rodeo' condom went up.

Disincentivista

A person who chooses not to help someone even when the situation would be beneficial to the aforementioned person.
When being a disincentivista stops you from helping yourself, you should look in the mirror and love yourself.

dincentive

A motivational reason to make a noisy ruckus.
Knowing da Harold Green was gonna be overseeing Possum Lake's public-relations department did not overly excite da Possum Lodge members or cause them to react with much enthusiasm --- that is, not until they learned dat he would be making a $60,000 annual salary, whereupon they all suddenly felt a massive dincentive to boisterously give him a standing ovation.
