The process of removing a chicken or other bird (who is afraid like a chicken) such as a parrot from an unwanted location, especially a chicken or parrot perched on your person such as on your head or shoulder.

He had to dechickefy his brother since the parrot would not get off his shoulder by itself.

It's taking me forever to run this stupid program because I have to go through and declickify every damn box.
