One who has been the victim of a "beatdown", or a bad joke (the butt), or the subject of an undercover ridicule (ie...prank, mockery).
A "Da Beatdown-E" is one in a wheel chair because of a broken foot and unknown individuals tape signs to the back of the chair like that of:
"Caution, slow moving vehicle", or "The wheels of the bus go round and round", or "You won't find a pink basket on these 22s".
