A mixture of Cutsie and Cuntsy: Clever, bitchy, sly, petulant, smart, cool. Strong and soft at the same time. Like a girl in a cocktail dress giving you the finger with a wink and a kiss. A kitten with a switchblade. Complimentary opposites. Cuntsie can be used as a term of endearment, an insult, or to describe a mood or way of behaving...
