Cunterbalancing

(noun.) similar to "counterbalancing" in psychology research (arranging a series of experimental or treatment conditions in such a way as to minimise the influence of extraneous factors, such as practice or fatigue, on experimental results), except your participants keep behaving like fuckwits, dipped in dipshit, wrapped in cumdumpster coats.
Researcher: "Make sure the study design has randomisation and cunterbalancing, or else we might introduce bias into the results."
Research assistant: "Oh, are the participants that bad?"
Researcher: "They're first-years..."
