Crotch puppies

The process of walking a dog with the leash trailing between the two back legs in an attempt to gain canine compliance through overstimulation or greater fear of the collar pull. (Sidebar: Or the dog walker is dumb.)

Did you see those two crotch puppies on the trail yesterday? I feel so bad for those pooches. Someone needs to learn how to walk a dog.
