Cringe bait 

Deliberately doing something considerably cringe to gain views, likes, or in general attention on social media OR in real life, making someone cringe. So exactly like rage bait, but with cringe.

The act of intentionally doing something awkward, embarrassing, or shameful in order to provoke a reaction of 'cringe' from onlookers.

The purpose to lure an impressionable and or a naive group of people, which is seen as distasteful from either an adult, or someone that is aware of it's cringe.
