A tattle-tell whom recieves a one time payout(or payment) of up to $2500.00 for informing the local authorities of the wherabouts of another person whom has an actual warrant for their arrest issued,for the personal gratification of a jackass' paycheck and being so friendless that they spend their time meddling in other folks personla business so a for to snitch trying to buddy up with the cops like their gonna get a real deputy badge and a stick pony for their reward and effort eventually.
