Obsessive thoughts or overwhelming desire for something or someone, that causes a conflict struggle between meeting moral versus primitive needs/urges. crazymaking thinking can cause physical symptoms and is anxiety provoking; with dysfunctional behavior tendencies. It is an internal emotional struggle that with loss of control lends itself to self-doubt, fantasy and acting on risk taking behaviors to satisfy ones urges .
