Countin' Change 

A phrase used to indicate that you are not doing anything significant.

After I finish these reports and file these documents I'll just be countin' change for the rest of the day.

Caught counting change 

A term used sarcastically in football to describe someone not paying attention. Imagine someone counting a handful of change on the football field and someone running them over because they are not paying attention to the game.

"What happened to Joe, the ambulance just took him off the field. He got caught counting change"

Counting Change 

It's when a man wears pants that are so tight, you can count the change in his pocket.

Dude, I saw a guy wearing pants that were so tight, I was literally counting change in his pocket...it was 69 cents!
