Cougodontics, from the english coug- and and the Greek -odons (tooth), is a dental specialty that deals with the delivery of dental care to middle-aged women. More than simply restoring and promoting oral health, the cougodontist seeks to meet the emotional, social and psychological needs of his patient population. This is sometimes referred to as cougosedation.
