A cocksucklette refers to an individual who cannot play video games without an inbuilt easy mode, specifically one which removes any element of challenge, such as "story modes".
It may also be used for describing a similar person, who will begin every game with "God Mode" enabled, refusing to play without the use of mods or cheats removing any potential difficulty.
