Co-Dues

From the Canadian "Koh-Dooze, eh?"- meaning:

a cooperative spirit enjoyed by teammates who respect time honored tradition and hard work, e.g. feeling rewarded after paying one's dues.

Despite an awkward pep talk from the captain, that hockey team really has great Co-Dues, eh?
