Circle Blue 

1. A barrel in Scrap Clicker 2 which is the first barrel you'll obtain early on from barrel spawns.

2. A barrel in ScrapTD which is the first barrel you can send to your opponent during the early game, but is super cheap and isn't very strong.

Blue Circle Syndrome 

When Individuals on your team (Not Members of your gaming party) Are blind to enemy movement as well unable to shoot said enemies. As part of Blue Circle Syndrome they are also unable to complete simple tasks involving the objective game mode types.

A blue ball circle jerk
