The type of high that makes your vision go into widescreen and makes everything around you look and sound like a movie.

chronomania 

chronomania n (Greek khronos, time + Greek mania, obsession, madness; cf. megalomania, balletomania) - obsession with time and speed; inclination to utilize every moment and to submit one's life to a total time control.

America suffers from chronomania. Faster, faster, faster! Why not to stop and to look in tranquility where we stand and into which future we have been rushing headlong.

Chronomania may become dangerous for your mental health. Try to find a different focus of life, apart from schedules and deadlines.

Guy 2: She said that Earth is cancelled, and that she lives on Chromatica.

Someone who is so bipolar, that everything they say has a different emotion to it, so you never know what to expect.
Also a wide-range of emotions in a short time. This is not considered classy in any way.

Jessica: Hey Justin. How are you?
Justin: I'm having a great day.
Jessica: That's really good.
Justin: NO IT ISN'T I HATE MY LIFE.

1- A characteristic of an object displaying multiple and rather mismatched colors, or what would be described as "loud" in the visual sense

2- Any unpleasant combination of colors

chromatic aberration

Extreme public display of bad taste in dressing, with loud and clashing colors.

Aberration. Psychology: A disorder or abnormal alteration in one's mental state.

Chromatic aberration should be taxed. No one should be allowed to assault others with such a display of extreme bad taste.
Laura is almost a perfect woman, beautiful and loaded, but she is an acute and embarrassing case of chromatic aberration.
