She is a person who will be right next to you when you need her but at the same time she can be a bitch and a mean person when you ignore her she will always have excuses to not be at some place if you know a chloiegh don’t ever make plans with them because they are always going to say they busy when they really not so if you know a chloiegh run away and stay away from them because they can be dangerous too
