Generally means good but is most amusing when used in the negative form

After a huge random sesh on the town one friend turned to another and said
"how are you feeling?" The friend replied
" Not too Chiparati to be honest with you!!!" Thus confirming the night must have been a bloody good one!!!

Chilapatío

A mexican slang made out by the words "Chilango" (Anyone native to Mexico city), and "Tapatío" (Someone from Guadalajara, Jalisco).

This word applies when a "chilango" lived his entire life in Guadalajara, Jalisco and is even capable of tasting "tortas ahogadas" without making a big deal about wet food.

"A mi me cae que no es ni de aquí ni de allá, ese es un chilapatío y seguro que es bien puto, la neta."

n. Females with mediocre attractiveness often have a friend they always keep by their side that is much less attractive than themselves thus making them hotter by comparison. This always causes a problem when a guy and his buddy and looking to pick up chicks. Even though the one girl is rather cute, nobody wants to jump on the grenade.

Billy: "Hey Tony, check out those chicks over there. The one on the left is pretty cute but sadly her friend is less than satisfactory."
Tony: "Isn't that what they call the Comparative Property?"
Billy: "Yeah, I think so. So... what should we do?"
Tony: "Rock, Paper, Scissors?"
