Chill Power is the measurement of positive energy generated between yourself and others.

We get along so well, everyone laughs at all our jokes and they become funkified by our chill power.

Aggressive Power Chilling

Aggressive Power Chillen or "APC", is the action of actively seeking to max out one's chilling. eg: if you are regular chilling, sitting in a chair, you can transcend to aggressive power chilling by kicking feet up, slouching to the highest degree possible, and smoking/drinking whatever is around you.

"Check that guy out, feet up, chillin on a strongbow...that nigguh is aggressive power chilling"
