Chicken 65 

Noun. The most ravaging way to feel clean and dirty at the same time, the Chicken 65 was discovered in Singapore by young G.I. Joes searching for a world-class costume shop. The act involves a non-English speaking local inserting a vacuum/water jet device into said paying customer's rectum. Once the suction is revved up and the cleaning process has begun, the attendant will then perform oral sex until climax is achieved.
